Senso-ji temple

Last week I share with you the entrance of Senso-ji temple, so this week I would like to show you the temple himself.

Sensō-ji is one of the most significant and the oldest Buddhist temple from Tokyo, located in Asakusa.

Formerly associated with the Tendai sect of Buddhism, it became independent after World War II.

The Sensoji temple is dedicated to Kannon Bosatsu, the Bodhisattva of compassion.
